BI-SORTER SYSTEM (ROTATING)
Bi-Sorter is located at the main garbage collection room on the ground floor. It has the following parts:
- Main body: It is the main part of the Bi-Sorter system, and it is a rotating part. Body is made of stainless steel grade 304 and 2 mm thickness, which is long lasting and highly corrosion resistant.
- The Bi-Sorter system is placed on a supporting stand under the Discharge section of the chute.
- The rotation of Bi-Sorter enables by the help of an electric motor.
- Intake Section: All kind of waste materials passing through the intake section to the Bi-Sorter system.
- Outlet: All Recyclable & Non-Recyclable wastes are delivering through this section to the trollies placed with the Bi-Sorter.
BI-SORTER SYSTEM (NOT ROTATING)
Bi-Sorter is located at main garbage collection room at ground floor. It has the following Parts:
- Main body: Full Stainless Steel; Material 4mm thick SS Grade 304. Switch plate 2x2mm with stiffeners, bearing by ball bearings 20 mm, movement by pneumatic cylinders and valves, including Control unit. Power input 1.0 kW 230VAC.
- Intake Section: All kind of waste materials passing through the intake section to the Bi-Sorter system
- Separator Door: It is a movable type door which worksas a separating door for recyclable and non recyclablematerials. An actuator is used to place the Separator toits right position. Separator Door is made from Stainless steel grade 304
and 4mm thickness. - Recyclable & Non Recyclable Out: Recyclable & Non Recyclable Out are the delivery sections
for Recyclable and Non-Recyclable wastes respectively. All the waste materials are collected corresponding trolleys placed under the Bi-Sorter.
